Under the pseudonym “Tyrenis,” Alexander Hansen is an author and spiritual guide deeply inspired by Nordic and shamanic traditions. Born in France, Alexander grew up in an unusual environment, raised in foster care without knowledge of his true origins. It was only in adulthood, upon reconnecting with his aunt in Sweden, that he discovered unknown aspects of his family history: his biological mother, an Icelandic woman and a respected shaman in Denmark, had passed away shortly after his birth. His father, of Norwegian origin, was unable to raise him, and Alexander was entrusted to another family. This revelation marked a turning point in his personal and spiritual journey, awakening in him a profound need to reconnect with the spiritual practices of his ancestors. From early childhood, Alexander displayed spiritual abilities and an intuitive connection to nature. A quiet and dreamy child, he would spend hours perched in trees, immersed in contemplative states akin to trance or *Seidhr*, the spiritual vision of ancient Nordic peoples. Several times, he shared surprising visions with his adoptive mother: predictions about future events and even announcements of an unborn child’s gender, simply by placing his hand on his adoptive mother’s belly. This intuitive link with the unseen, this sharpened perceptive ability, already hinted at his potential and revealed the depth of his spiritual openness. From a young age, Alexander also experienced regressions into past lives. He connected with former versions of himself who imparted teachings to help him better understand his present. However, it was in adulthood that his true inner awakening manifested, as he went through a dark and challenging period. It was then that his spirit animal emerged with brutal intensity and force, disrupting his inner balance. This violent transformation forced him to relearn everything, to discover and tame this new, amplified, and more powerful version of himself. This profound shift shaped his being and marked the beginning of a new chapter in his spiritual journey.
